Gogol often spoke about the "Evenings on a farm near Dikanka" as a youth experiment, or as about his first steps as a writer. So, like Gogol, we are experimenting! We strive to create our version of a world full of supernatural forces, witches and devils, coexisting (sometimes peacefully, sometimes not) with the daily life of Ukrainian people and to interest our audience. To do this, we intend to go far beyond traditional patterns, using drama, movement, singing and dancing, sometimes attract the imagination of our audience.
